Trust

A living trust is for holding assets and succession. It is not a storefront. Do not spin up a second website for it. Put the trust under this hub so customers still land on tkhub.app.

  • Form the LLC first. Operate the apps in the LLC.
  • A revocable living trust can later own the LLC membership interest if a lawyer sets it that way.
  • Do not put customer data, payments, or App Store listings in a personal trust name.
  • One domain (tkhub.app) is the public face. Trust paperwork stays private except what the law requires.
